You will be required to install the Live Help Messenger desktop application within all your Live Help operator's PCs. The system requirements for the Live Help Messenger desktop application are stated below.

• Internet Explorer 6.0 o greater
• .NET Framework 2.0+ [ download ]

The Live Help Messenger Windows application is officially Certified for Windows Vista. Windows XP is also fully supported for those businesses that have not yet migrated to Windows Vista.

Certified for Windows Vista applications are tested to ensure that the solution adhere's to software best practices and recommendations. This allows us to provide our customers with a quality, independently tested software solution.
