Once the Live Help Messenger Installation has been completed, you will be able to sign-in and begin chatting with your site visitors. In order for you to begin supporting visitors on your website, we will explain several of the administration features within Live Help.
Live Help Messenger Windows Application
When you first attempt to sign-in to the Live Help Messenger application you will be presented with the following window.
You will need to enter your Account, Username and Password to access the Live Help system, these are described below.
Once you have signed into the Live Help Messenger application, you will be able to quickly sign-in again using the previous account.
The previous sign-in area only requires you to enter the password of the account.
Web Browser Administration - Limited Functionality
You can also login to the Live Help web-based administration using your web browser at /livehelp/admin/index.php The web-based administration allows your operators to access the Live Help system from any computer. We do recommend that your operators use the Live Help Messenger Windows application whenever possible.
Please Note: The Live Help web-based administration client supports Internet Explorer 5.5+, Netscape 5.0+ and Mozilla 1.0+.
