Once you have accepted a chat request and the site visitor is shown within the 'Chatting Visitors' list, you can transfer the visitor to a different Live Help operator. This feature is useful if you do not have the correct resources and are unable to answer a visitor's questions. In such a situation, you could transfer the visitor to an operator that is better able to handle the request.
If you wish to transfer a visitor within the Live Help Messenger Windows application, you can simply right-click the visitor within the 'Chatting Visitors' list and select an operator from the menu, as shown below:
Please Note: If you are using the web-based administration and you wish to transfer a site visitor, then you must click the 'transfer user' button within the chat message area. You are then shown the various transfer options and you can select an appropriate operator.
